FLIPPING THE SCRIPT AT SXSW
When you setup a brand activation at SXSW, you have to do more than think outside the box, sometimes you have to flip the box upside down. Twirl came to us with a concept of creating a no gravity photo booth for Gap, and we happily accepted the challenge.
PLANNING THE PERFECT SHOT
When you plan a brand activation at SXSW, you’re expected to deliver something totally unique that catches the attention of the trendy, hip crowd. We collaborated closely with Twirl Events to produce a custom studio with GAP clothing floating in space. We customized the output so that the photos would be flipped upside down and branded, giving the final look a fashion-like feel that everyone was eager to share.
EYE CATCHING IMPRESSIONS
Unique visual content is critical to experiential marketing success. The GAP branded photos were so eye catching with the zero gravity illusion, that the share rates were through the roof.. or the floor in this case. Either way, the activation was a huge success with the number of estimated impressions exceeding 200,000.
