SUPER BOWL’S BIGGEST
Stub Hub sponsored the largest pre-game event at Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, AZ. To make the event truly unforgettable, they wanted to integrate Photomadic into their main stage experience where fans could meet NFLs biggest stars, as well as activate all surrounding areas of the event. The goal was to have these incredibly special memories tied closely with the Stub Hub brand.
CAPTURING HISTORY FOR EVERY FAN
For many fans, the super bowl is a once in a lifetime experience. Photomadic’s key objective was to ensure that the experience was captured and delivered in the most convenient and valuable way possible to all the fans at the event, while positioning the experience alongside the Stub Hub brand. We branded every photo with a custom Super Bowl / Stub Hub co-branding overlay to make this possible.
PERFECT EXECUTION & SPEED WAS A MUST
With hundreds of fans lined up to strike a pose with their idols, we had to develop a flawless, and efficient plan of attack. With two photo areas positioned on the stage, and traffic flow scheduled down to the second for photo retrieval, we kept the crowds moving through at the perfect pace to ensure everyone got a chance at their big moment.
ADDING SOCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY TO THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE
Our social photographers roamed the event capturing actions shots and group shots of all the fans throughout the day. Fans could instantly email and post their memories from the iPads, which were managed by our iPad assistants.
